This subject appears to fall short of notability. He was rather nebulously an "advisor", and other than that his article appears to be a string of associations with actually notable people (e.g., he "works closely with" a U.S. Special Representative, and was an advisor or staffer to various politicians).   • This is basically repeating what you have already said above. However, having a position in the White House does not automatically confer notability on an individual. The subject in this case was not subject to Senate confirmation, nor were they in a position directly appointed by the President, and solely reporting to the President. • Delete per WP:MILL - staff in the Trump WH come and go so often, and they have so little authority to do anything, that Rachel Maddow has a wall of their names in tiny print, and they are the object of ridicule on Twitter and late night shows. • Keep - I see what appear to be at least 5 apparently-RS in the citations, which should make it clear that WP:GNG is satisfied. WP:NPOL is therefore irrelevant.
