• Keep. I've added a newspaper reference to the article. The building was also discussed in The New York Times among other sources regarding a protest in 1979, and more recently gained coverage in several sources including The Washington Post when a student "opened a restaurant" in his dorm. There is also likely information available on this historic building's use as a nursing home from 1898 to 1977, but not easy to find as we don't have the name of the nursing home. • Keep, though I am not opposed to it being included into a new list-article on Residence halls of Columbia University (currently a redlink). See Category:University and college dormitories in the United States for other list-articles. I would leave it to editors of that list-article to decide whether to merge this article in, so the current article becomes a redirect, or not. At least one other Columbia University dorm has a Wikipedia article by the way. The collection of all Columbia University housing certainly is notable, and too detailed to include into Columbia University article itself.
