About me
I am a graduate student studying programming language design in Seattle. I am more of a reader of Wikipedia than an editor. When I do edit, I tend to work on articles on computer science in general and programming languages in specific, as well as linguistics and religion, especially early Christianity.
My Thoughts on Wikipedia
Due to my status as a reader more than an editor of Wikipedia, I am a strong inclusionist. I believe that Wikipedia should strive to present information on as many topics as possible in an encyclopedic way, rather than restricting itself to those topics which would be found in a traditional encyclopedia. I feel that Wikipedians should try to make Wikipedia a more valuable tool to readers, especially those from outside the Wikipedia community, who are interested in any topic, rather than debating whether such topics deserve an article.
To Do
- Add important PL papers to List of important publications in computer science.
- Clean up Judgment (mathematical logic).
- Reintegrate greek language material into Nicene Creed.
- Add strong vs. weak, lazy vs. strict discussion to software transactional memory (in fact, there is a lot that could be added there).
- Add some sort of intro to linear logic.
- Clean and clarify lead para in algebraic data type.
