I know this is a very basic article, I've just rehashed the appropriate bit of the South African wine article in order to start articles on all the WO GU's, regions and districts. Just doing a precis of the Stables history page would be a good place to start.. And it needs photos of course - you should be able to find some around Wikipedia, or South African Wikipedians might be able to take some of their own? A map would be good too.
