What exactly does it mean in this context? Almost all breads are fermented because leavening is a form of fermentation. Is this some specific kind of fermentation not found in other bread, maybe lactic acid fermentation, or what? --Yel D'ohan (talk) 05:01, 31 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]
