Hi @The Anome: regarding this set of edits, I've noticed some problems with how this applies in practice:

• The template itself now has the short description "1908 book by Lucy Maud Montgomery"

• Books with a date but no author, eg Encyclopædia Britannica Eleventh Edition has the description "1910-11 book by"

Hi all, my changes to the infobox on article Into Hot Air are being reverted by user:Ferdinand Cesarano with the comment "box is meant to show the previous book and the next book written by this author, not necessarily only those books belonging to a particular series", despite me referring him to the infobox documentation, can someone back me up? Yes, you are quite right. From the documentation: "followed_by: Title of subsequent book in a series or a sequel; will be italicised by template code (do not use to connect separate books chronologically)".
