The next scheduled launch is of a Black Brant IX, with the ACES-I auroral research payload for the University of Iowa. Launch from the Poker Flat Research Range is planned for a window between 05:00 and 11:00 GMT on 15 January. A Black Brant VB will be launched 90 seconds later, with ACES-II. These are both suborbital flights.
The next scheduled orbital launch is of a Delta IV-H, with the classified NRO L-26 payload for the US National Reconnaissance Office, which is believed to be a geosynchronous ELINT satellite. Launch from LC-37B at CCAFS is planned for a window between 00:33 and 04:33 GMT on 18 January.
The next scheduled manned launch will be of Space Shuttle Discovery, on mission STS-119 to the International Space Station to deliver the S6 truss segment. Launch from LC-39A at KSC is scheduled for 12 February. A webcast can be viewed on NASA TV.
