Saint-Germain-de-Lusignan (French pronunciation: [sɛ̃ ʒɛʁmɛ̃ də lyziɲɑ̃]) is a commune in the Charente-Maritime department in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region in southwestern France.

The river Seugne flows northwest through the commune.
