• Delete per nom. This is a narrow topic, which fails the WP:POG guidance that portals should be about "broad subject areas, which are likely to attract large numbers of interested readers and portal maintainers".

It's also an abandoned non-portal, of little or no use either for navigation or for showcasing articles. Per POG, "Portals which require manual updating are at a greater risk of nomination for deletion if they are not kept up to date. • Comment. I'd never heard of this concept under this name, but there's a fair amount in Category:Transhumanism. I'd query whether it might make a coherent topic -- some of it is science fiction, other parts not so much. This portal was never fully created. There's a Wikiproject (to my surprise) which is tracking >130 C+ articles though some of them don't look sufficiently related to me. Have they been informed?
