A tag has been placed on Category:Characters created by James Gunn, requesting that it be deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under two or more of the criteria for speedy deletion, by which pages can be deleted at any time, without discussion. Hello, Reservat! I just wanted to thank you for your contributions and interest in the Lex Luthor article. While I appreciate your work in getting this article started, I wanted to take the time to inform you of some key policies and guidelines when it comes to article creation. For adaptations of fictional characters, the general rule is that they do not meet what is described on Wikipedia as WP:Notability until the subject is covered indepently from the original source by multiple reliable sources, which tends to be years after a film's release. This can be found in detail at WP:NFILMCHAR. I have redirected the article in the meantimte until the subject meets notability standards, but the contents are archived in the editing history and you are free to resume work on it in the WP:Draftspace at Draft:Lex Luthor (DC Universe).
