Hello, I am totally new to creating articles (and inexperienced at editing them). I'd like to create a page for the New York Public Library's photo history database Photographers' Identities Catalog (PIC), but as its primary editor, would this be inappropriate self-promotion? I'd like to establish PIC identifiers (there are currently ~13,000 IDs in Wikidata) among Wikipedia's Authority Control box. Any guidance is appreciated! David
