The editor of the page is (shubhamghodke3904) and I am asking to review just because it has many days since he created that page, previously I created page for Jayant Rajora (skater) both skaters are friends. ☆★Sunil Butolia (✉✉) 14:43, 6 October 2019 (UTC)sunilbutolia
Sunilbutolia We have about 5.7K article waiting to be reviewed. So it is not usual for an article for the article not being review in the first month after the page is created. My question why both you asking for review on the same page? Do you know shubhamghodke3904? CASSIOPEIA(talk)14:47, 6 October 2019 (UTC)
Hi CASSIOPEIA He (Shubham Ghodke) found me on [Jayant Rajora] page then he searched my name on Google, he got my instagram ID on Google, then messaged me on instagram. I can show you screenshot. ☆★Sunil Butolia (✉✉) 00:58, 7 October 2019 (UTC)sunilbutolia
Hi Sunilbutolia, I believe this - Jayant Rajora is the page you mentioned above. If not pls correct me. Also pls forward Instagram URL and screehot as you indicate above. Do you guys have any conversation outside Wikipedia about Sarvesh_Amte or other article? If so pls elaborate please. Thank you. CASSIOPEIA(talk)02:36, 7 October 2019 (UTC)
Hi Cassiopeia, I can't say that I get asked to review articles all the time, but it does happen occasionally. But you're right, this seems a bit unusual for an editor, other than the one who created the article, to ask for me to review it. I don't really have time to look into it over the next few days (you know that thing called real life), but methinks that Path slopu may be correct on this.Onel5969TT me02:39, 7 October 2019 (UTC)
Onel5969 Thank for replying. Did not mean to ask you to review but just to inform you and seeked your thought since editor had asked you to review the article. Thanks again Onel for talking the time share your thought on this matter.03:13, 7 October 2019 (UTC)
@Onel5969:& CASSIOPEIA:-I suspected the accounts as socks on another reason also- didn't you noticed their signs? Its fonts and styles are too identical. It may not a reason because the styles may copied, but it creates a doubt. Regards.--PATHSLOPU05:14, 7 October 2019 (UTC)
look at this screenshot of 5th october, File:7oct 2019 sunil.jpg if you find nothing in this screenshot, then I would like to leave wikipedia. I am wondered how do you think about editors?
@Sunilbutolia and Shubhamghodke3904:, It seems you guys are connected via some social media contact and I am not sure you both know each other as editor address each other as "brother". I would suggest both of you to communicate anything about Wikipedia in Wikipedia talk page / user talk page / article talk page / project talk page / etc. If you need help anything about editing, go to WP:Teahouse for help. For [[WP:Article for Creation] (draft page) - go to Wikipedia:WikiProject Articles for creation/Help desk and for general questions go to WP:Help desk, for technical questions go to Wikipedia talk:Village pump and you can type {{Help me|question}} on your talk page and an admin will answer your question at your talk page. Since I am involved in this discussion, I will not review the page but will leave it to other reviewer to look at the article. Kindly be patient as I mentioned before there are 5.7K articles in the reviewing pool at the moment and the average waiting period is about 5-8 weeks. Thank you. CASSIOPEIA(talk)08:36, 7 October 2019 (UTC)
@Sunilbutolia and Shubhamghodke3904:I agree with CASSIOPEIA, please try to confine discussions on Wikipedia in Wikipedia itself rather than other social media (only my opinion, its your choice). If you were mistaken as socks, I apologize. Discussions like this are usual in Wikipedia, it is only for conserving the policies. So don't worry, don't quit editing. I'm confining this discussion here. Also wait for the reviewing as CASSIOPEIA mentioned.--PATHSLOPU13:03, 7 October 2019 (UTC)

Hi. I recently came across a log entry for Draft:Magaret Lin Xavier, which I remembered as a promising draft, so requested undeletion and clicked the AfC submit button (it was promptly accepted). It seems that the original contributor (who hasn't been active since) forgot to submit their draft. I'm wondering, since you placed the G13 tag on the draft, does G13 tagging usually involve a brief inspection of the quality of each draft, or is it more of a semi-automated batch process, without time for individual analysis? --Paul_012 (talk) 16:37, 7 October 2019 (UTC)
Paul 012 Greetings. The article was refunded which meant was check by admin prior deleted under G13 and added Bangkok post for source after then it is accepted. Thank you. CASSIOPEIA(talk)20:49, 7 October 2019 (UTC)
Just started first article "List of Canadian ufc fighters" and I have been trying to get it done. But it is my first article so I'm bit confused on how some of the links and stuff works. Got these one the page This article currently links to a large number of disambiguation pages (or back to itself) (check | fix). Please help direct these ambiguous links to articles dealing with the specific meaning intended. This article is an orphan, as no other articles link to it. Please introduce links to this page from related articles; try the Find link tool for suggestions.(September 2019)
Want to make sure it works good I tried to check some of the stuff out but in too tired for today. :/ any help would be appreciated Tsims23 (talk) 09:15, 28 September 2019 (UTC)
Tsims23, Greetings. Pls see the changes I made on the HW on table setting and I have added a ref column for example. (1) Pls remove all the links "double brackets" on Nick name section and (2) please add sources (inline citation) on the ref section of the info claimed in the row. (3) Lastly, I notice you copies and pasted some of the text from other articles in Wikipedia for such you need to give proper attribution - WP:PATT, in a dummy edit and in the article talk page, to the original author as they info you added is not your work. Once you have done that, pop back if you want me to review the article for you. Cheers. CASSIOPEIA(talk)10:06, 28 September 2019 (UTC)
Thank you for your help I will try my best tomorrow to get things looking better and I'm not really to sure how the links work on here yet gunna watch some videos. And should I give refrence to all the wikipedia pages I used too and if so how would I do that? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Tsims23 (talk • contribs) 10:14, 28 September 2019 (UTC)
Tsims23 For proper attribution - see WP:PATT. Make a dummy edit and state "proper attribution to original authors of xxx page, xxx page, xxx page. Do that the same in the article talk page . For references (inline citation) - use horizontal format of Template:Cite Web if the source is from digital/web. For more detail info then pls read referencing for instruction/info. Since most of the fighters do have pages in Wikipedia, you would find the sources easily on their page. Please remember to sign your posts on talk pages by typing four tildes (~~~~). CASSIOPEIA(talk)11:01, 28 September 2019 (UTC)
CASSIOPEIA, Im a bit confused on what this < br > is what should i be putting in there? and also i tried to like a like to Harold Howard in heavyweight but it keeps saying its a missing or empty title im confused, im looking at other fighter pages to see how they have theyre refs done it seems to work for them but not mine and i entered it the same way. Wikipedia has the most complete bio for this fighter do that's what was used for info as with most of the others, I also looked them up on sherdog the matches and organizations are there but sometimes doesnt give the note worth detail. sorry bout not editing soon has been unexpectedly busy lately. thanks again for the help (Tsims23 (talk) 20:38, 2 October 2019 (UTC))
Hi Tsims23, the "br" nested inside <> = line break. Pls see Help:Wikitext. For references, do read referencing /inline citation for info and instructions. For web source, you can use "horizontal format" Template:Cite Web. You can also use Wikipedia:VisualEditor to input the reference by just input the URL and it will filled the rest of the parameter/info accordingly. Please read Wikipedia:VisualEditor/User guide on how to set up Visual Editor and info.
I dont understand what you meant by "like to Harold Howard in heavyweight but it keeps saying its a missing or empty title". Kindly reword so I may help. I also added a column for ref on HW section. Pls input info of the content (the row) claimed. If you not sure how to do it, then give me the source (URL) of the content claimed and I will add the ref/inline citation in for you as an example. Cheers. CASSIOPEIA(talk)
CASSIOPEIA sorry about that spellcheck I ment to say I tried to link a link to harold howard in the notes section(Can be seen as a little 8 at the end of the note). But when I did, it says it was an empty link or empty title(tried to also link another says same thing. They are at the bottom in references). I gave it one but I dont know it that's how its suppose to work. I'm using another wikipedia page for code refrence or I would have even come close to getting this far lol. I wanted to make a copy of this one just for canadians instead https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Irish_UFC_fighters . I was teting to enter references how they have them. They dont have a reference column. I am also gunna have to get another buddy to help me I think. Gunna see if i can try and understand some of this stuff :) Tsims23 (talk) 04:53, 4 October 2019 (UTC)
Tsims23 Thanks for the explanation, but I still not sure what issues you are facing exactly, but i have added a ref on Harold Howard to reflect the content claimed. Pls see the ref column. To add the source, as i say pls use "horizontal format" Template:Cite Web and read WP:REFB. Also Pls copy the table parameters on HW and replace them on the rest of the weight divisions. (remember to add an extra line starting with a pipe "|" for ref column". I hope I answer you questions. If not pls pop back here. Cheers. CASSIOPEIA(talk)05:26, 4 October 2019 (UTC)
CASSIOPEIA No worries and thank you for the help very much I will begin to enter references in the format you have displayed. And it's not much to worry about anymore but down in the reference tab you can see that i have one that says it has no title but I see what u did so I dont think that will be an issue. I do want to know tho how do I get it so that I can actually make this searchable on Google because I have to search it on wikipedia only. Just wondering that's what I'll be doing last basically. Just gunna try to finish it up asap I'll start adding refs tomorrow. Thanks again for the help :). Tsims23 (talk) 07:58, 4 October 2019 (UTC)
CASSIOPEIA I have entered every fighter and just have to do minor edits if your free and willing think you can go over it and also help me so that when i search it on google it actually shows up. thx for ur help so far.
Tsims23 Greetings. what you provided are not independent source (sherdog/tapology/ufc/figther home page and etch as the sources are associated with the subjects). We are after independent, relable sources such as any manjor newspapers, mma junkie, mma figting, In the cage, ESPN mma, bloody elbow, Combate, Low Kick mma, MMA DNA, Sherdog (article pages and not the fighter databases/fight records), MMA Mad, Asia MMA, MMA Mania, MMA Suka, MMA Basil,Kimura.se and etc. Any way you would find the sources are from the fighters' pages, or you could search on Google just type "xxx fighter vs. xxx fighter results". Please remember to sign your posts on talk pages by typing four tildes (~~~~). Cheers. CASSIOPEIA(talk)08:17, 6 October 2019 (UTC)
CASSIOPEIA I know exactly what ur saying I plan on adding 2 references per person, I put the sherdog reference in as it is the first reference for every fighter profile on the site(I guess we use them as a reference to all mma stats on wiki) I do plan on entering more links I just disnt have the time the other day. Also wanted u to have a look over it just to make sure I didnt messup before I went and added another 98 references. Just wanted to make sure I wouldn't have to go back and fix too much :) however for some fighter sherdog is the only thing that they might have I'm talking bout the obscure fighters that dont yet have a wikipedia page. Most all of there notes that If listed(ex.Has 7 fight win streak), notable wins and appearances are all just from looking at sherdog. So I will have to wait till those guys get but more popular and get some news attention Tsims23 (talk) 19:49, 6 October 2019 (UTC)
Tsims23 Good day. First of all pls read Help:Wikitext which I have sent you earlier which would help you on "Wikipedia mark up text" on your editing and communication with other editors. Do add an extra ":" (one space indentation) from the previous message when replying on talk page for this is the common communication protocol for message thread. Secondly, you can link the the article for red link text by placing a "|" after the read text and place the exact page. Example UFC FN 23 you can either do this UFC FN 23 or UFC FN 23 (pls see in source editing mode). You can find all the UFC events here - List of UFC events. I have added extra column after the fighters' record so you may add the source (Sherdog) there. As for the second ref column (far right) you can put the source for specific info claimed for "Notes" or "Notable wins". Do copy the HW table template on the top and paste on all other divisions and add extra "|" after the "MMA record" on the table parameter (see HW for example). Cheers. CASSIOPEIA(talk)03:49, 7 October 2019 (UTC)
Hello, Cassiopeia. You have new messages at Talk:Divya Dwivedi. Message added 17:52, 11 October 2019 (UTC). You can remove this notice at any time by removing the {{Talkback}} or {{Tb}} template.
Hey Cassiopeia, I know it's only been a week since I copied answers in NPPSchool and had my NPR and AFC rights removed but in this time I've extensively fought vandalism, created few articles and read many guidelines and policies including WP:GNG, WP:SNG, WP:RS, WP:IS, WP:NOT and a few more. I've also requested the AFC rights via the talk page after going through WP:AFCR. Hence, I'd like to enroll back into NPPSchool and resume my training so that I can learn more under your guidance. Pls let me know about your decision. Andrew Base (talk) 14:45, 13 October 2019 (UTC)
Hi Andrew Base Greetings. I have written a few long messages to you (along with a few involved parties) on your talk page under the message title "Draft:Daya Reddy" which I have edited on October 4, 2019 which I still stand by "It will server you best as Girth's put it "spend a few months doing counter vandalism, maybe write some content by expanding some articles you're interested in" and if you show show a commitment to learn and provide good contributions after six months, with min additional 2,000 mainspace edits in the time frame, then re-enrolling back to the NPPSCHOOL program would be a possibility. Dont need to rush but do what is necessary as Wikipedia is always here. All the best". Cheers. CASSIOPEIA(talk)00:18, 14 October 2019 (UTC)
Dear User. You have drafted during Summer the article Kazuma Kaya, for the reasons indicated here ("Undersourced, incubate in draftspace"). As previously said to you by @Binbaksa:, this Japanese gymnast (already world champion) was sufficiently notable as a gold medallist in a major event, and the content of the article, was perhaps kind of stub-like, but enough to be published. Please, take into consideration the guidelines and the Sport criteria before making obstacles to new and necessary articles.--Arorae (talk) 15:08, 14 October 2019 (UTC)
Arorae. Pls note this vision is when I moved the page to draft space where the source provide point to - see Here-1 to no information to support the content claimed. Do note "All content must be verifiable. The burden to demonstrate verifiability lies with the editor who adds or restores material, and it is satisfied by providing an inline citation to a reliable source that directly supports the contribution.' see WP:PROVEIT and WP:BURDEN which inline with the Wikipedia:Content policy of Wikipedia. Reviewers has the right to move the page to draft space if the news page has not source to support the content claim - see WP:NPPDRAFT. As as of today, still no source to support the content claimed in the article. Thank you.00:16, 15 October 2019 (UTC)
Thank you! CASSIOPEIA Quick question - does page quality affect it showing up on google...it doesn't show up anymore or is that because it was put up for deletion? Thanks again! --Dreerwin (talk) 04:17, 15 October 2019 (UTC)
Notability
As far as what I have understand from WP:GNG, if a topic is notable, it is not essential to have sources, it is good to have verifiable sources for it. There are thousands of pages without a single source, I am not sure why a village page can't have a Wiki without sources? Draft:Jaswantgarh (Udaipur)Meeanaya (talk) 05:20, 15 October 2019 (UTC)
Meeanaya. Greetings. As per WP:GNG- "If a topic has received significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject, it is "presumed" to be suitable for a stand-alone article or list." verifiability - All content must be verifiable. The burden to demonstrate verifiability lies with the editor who adds or restores material, and it is satisfied by providing an inline citation to a reliable source that directly supports the contribution." Thank you. CASSIOPEIA(talk)06:11, 15 October 2019 (UTC)

Talk Pages
The Talk Pages Consultation was a global consultation to define better tools for wiki communication. From February through June 2019, more than 500 volunteers on 20 wikis, across 15 languages and multiple projects, came together with members of the Foundation to create a product direction for a set of discussion tools. The Phase 2 Report of the Talk Page Consultation was published in August. It summarizes the product direction the team has started to work on, which you can read more about here: Talk Page Project project page.
The team needs and wants your help at this early stage. They are starting to develop the first idea. Please add your name to the "Getting involved" section of the project page, if you would like to hear about opportunities to participate.
Mobile visual editor
The Editing team is trying to make it simpler to edit on mobile devices. The team is changing the visual editor on mobile. If you have something to say about editing on a mobile device, please leave a message at Talk:VisualEditor on mobile.
In September, the Editing team updated the mobile visual editor's editing toolbar. Anyone could see these changes in the mobile visual editor.
One toolbar: All of the editing tools are located in one toolbar. Previously, the toolbar changed when you clicked on different things.
New navigation: The buttons for moving forward and backward in the edit flow have changed.
Seamless switching: an improved workflow for switching between the visual and wikitext modes.
Feedback: You can try the refreshed toolbar by opening the mobile VisualEditor on a smartphone. Please post your feedback on the Toolbar feedback talk page.
Talk Pages Project: The team is thinking about the first set of proposed changes. The team will be working with a few communities to pilot those changes. The best way to stay informed is by adding your username to the list on the project page: Getting involved.
Testing the mobile visual editor as the default: The Editing team plans to post results before the end of the calendar year. The best way to stay informed is by adding the project page to your watchlist: VisualEditor as mobile default project page.
Measuring the impact of Edit Cards: The Editing team hopes to share results in November. This study asks whether the project helped editors add links and citations. The best way to stay informed is by adding the project page to your watchlist: Edit Cards project page.
Hi Cassiopeia, i am the original author of this draft article https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Draft:Lillee_Jean_Trueman someone else is maliciously editing my draft and then submitting it for review without my approval or knowledge and then posting about it on twitter ridiculing that its failing to be approved (pretty sure that its the same person on twitter thats doing these rogue submissions). I'm fairly new to editing/post on wikipedia. do i have any recourse or protections? The user Smon477 has twice edited my article and resubmitted it without my permission. I'm NOT done correcting and updating it according to the instructions i received after submitting it back in Jan. I don't know what to do to protect my work. Thank you. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Mattm80 (talk • contribs) 17:03, 17 October 2019 (UTC)
Mattm80 Good day. Anyone can edit Wikipedia and they can submit the article for review without the need to ask for approval from anyone even the creator. However, you could remove the unsouced content especially those are deem controversies. You could aslo place a warning template on their talk page (choose either unsouced or disruptive template) via WP:Twinkle, starting with level one and increase the warning level with subsequent disruptive/unsourced edits. However, if the edits are not considered vandalism, pls do not revert the edit more than 3 time within 24 hours in the same article for you will be "blocked" - this is important to note). We could report the editor after the fourth warning to WP:AIV. Pages can only be protected if the pages are vandalized by multiple editors especially in a short time frame. For the article mentioned, as it is only involved one editor, no protection is needed/granted. By the way, you nee to read WP:Your First Article and referencing to familiar yourself on how to write an article. Also a subject needs to deem notable in order to merit a page in Wikipedia. At current stage the page mentioned fails the notability guidelines.17:23, 17 October 2019 (UTC)
I currently hold new page reviewer rights. I am considering applying to be an AFC reviewer. I have read WP:AFCR, but I learn best when someone teaches me how to do it. Would you mind teaching me the skills I need to learn while reviewing potential articles? Interstellarity (talk) 17:59, 18 October 2019 (UTC)
Hi Interstellarity Greetings. I noticed you have your permanent NPP reviewer right this month. There is some fundamental differences on reviewing a new page as compared to review a AfC page even the ultimate goal is the same. There is the WP:NPPSCHOOL and I am one of the trainers and if you want to enroll then let me know. To say that, my course (every trainer have different formats/topics) material/topics could be used for AfC or NPP except school of thoughts/attitudes and workflow are quite different. If you just want to ask a few questions here and there, you are welcome to just list them here. However, if you are seriously want to know about reviewing articles and all the notability guidelines and its related subjects, then I do suggest you to take up the course. Do note there will be assignments and material to read, similarity to that of CVUA you have done. Cheers. CASSIOPEIA(talk)14:43, 19 October 2019 (UTC)
Hi Interstellarity Yes, I do. I will do a extra "AfC review workflow/process" on diff sub page at the after you have finished the NPPSCHOOL course so you familiar with the different review workflow and criteria btw AfC and NPP. Let me know if you still want to enroll so I may set it up for you. Cheers. CASSIOPEIA(talk)15:29, 19 October 2019 (UTC)
Earlier I edited this page and I changed it because the UFC website says the entire card is on ESPN2 and not ESPN+. I was just wondering why you changed it back. WWEFan1926 (talk) 04:35, 19 October 2019 (UTC)
WWEFan1926 Greetings. Please note that as per the sources the event is named "UFC on ESPN+" - see HERE-1 and HERE 2]. And all the fighters pages and as well as the page content info is based on UFC on ESPN+ 22. Please note Wikipedia is not about the true but what is based on sources - pls see Wikipedia:But it's true!. If there are sources indication the change of UFC on ESPN, then we change the page name. Thank you. CASSIOPEIA(talk)13:56, 19 October 2019 (UTC)
Rjrsurprise Good day. Please note that the "method" on the fighter table is as per Sherdog.com - see HERE, as it is based on Wikipedia WP:MMA guidelines. Please do not interpret the method yourself and do note Wikipedia is not about the true but what is based on source - pls see Wikipedia:But it's true!. If you continue to change it back then you will be blocked. Thank you. CASSIOPEIA(talk)13:38, 19 October 2019 (UTC)
Greg Hardy
I moved the "Domestic violence charges and suspension" section to after his football career and before the MMA career. It was weird having the MMA career section, that section, and then his MMA record. Hope that works. Udar55 (talk) 16:33, 19 October 2019 (UTC)
Sunnyou31 Greetings. You might want to post a link -Wikipedia talk:Notability (sports) in Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Figure Skating as those who are interested and familiar with the sport might want to join the discussion. Secondly, any changes of the name need to supported by sources. Thirdly, if the discussion outcome is yes then you it would be idea to also includes the formal names, so editors/reviewers would know it is the same org for most of us who are do not have in dept background knowledge in Figure Skating. Cheers. CASSIOPEIA(talk)13:02, 21 October 2019 (UTC)
