Usage
The infobox may be added by pasting the template as shown below into an article. All fields are optional and unused parameter names can be left blank or omitted.

Parameters
Please remove any award parameters from an article's infobox that are left blank.
| Parameter | Explanation |

| name | Insert the name of the quote. |
| image | Insert image name. Use only the file name such as abc.jpg, xyz.png, 123.gif, etc. Do not use syntax such as |
| caption | Insert image caption. |
| character | Insert the name of the character that first used the quote. |
| actor | Insert the name of the actor that portrayed the character that first used the quote. |
| writer | Insert the name of the person who wrote the quote. |
| firstusedin | Insert name of the movie in which the quote was first used. |
| alsousedin | Insert other movies that also used the quote. |
| moviequotes | Insert the position of the quote if the quote was listed in the AFI's 100 Years... 100 Movie Quotes. |
