I noticed that Zodon left a mark with a concern that this entry is written too much like an advertisement. I removed a few of the items that concerned me. Some of the information here seemed a little too informal (e.g. history, etc.). What sort of information you can get from 3rd party sources about the company might be a good guide to help with what sort of information to include. 3rd party references also help establish notability.

Since you said you were new to Wikipedia, you might want to take a look at at some of the featured article grade articles about companies to get a feel for what sort of things to include, style, etc. I will take a look at the article again and try to give more specific feedback when I have a chance. I also felt that this, at times, read like an advertisement. Some cleanup would be useful.
