They would not visit their parents' house, especially Belita, who is preparing herself to run for councilor of Cabanatuan, Nueva Ecija. While Rommel, is pissed on Belita's political plans, especially when she ordered her neighbors to paint their houses with yellow, her favorite color. Charito was so sad because Jed would never visit her and Carlos. When Angie was promoted to executive producer of a public affairs show, Jed was outraged because this would mean less time for him and for Rafa, but Angie insisted that they need to be financially stable. But, when Angie saw a photo of Jed and Mariel together, he confronted her. But Jed insisted that they're just friends and she will be marrying soon. When Angie learned that Rafa was sick, she decided to adjust her time in work, so that she can take care of Rafa.

Sakali

Jed and Angie celebrated Rafa's fourth birthday. Carlos and Charito noticed that Rafa is talking to his nanny in Visayan language. Belita noticed that Rafa is not allowed to eat anything sweet like ice cream and chocolates. While Carlos noticed by upon checking on Rafa's toys, he didn't allow toy guns and toy swords. Their slightly strict parenting style took the attention of Charito, Carlos and Belita. Jed suggests that he and Angie spend their time together in Barcelona, Spain. The problem is that who will take care of Rafa while they're away. Angie's friend Kaye volunteers to be the guardian of Rafa while Angie and Jed are away. But, Belita, Charito and Carlos insisted to take care of their grandson. When Jed and Angie arrived at Barcelona, Jed was outraged when his luggage was lost. They were accompanied by Jed's former classmate Mark. While in the Philippines, Charito came and fed Rafa with different kinds of cakes, causing Rafa to suffer stomach aches. This caused Angie to worry about her son. But, when Belita, Charito and Carlos saw Rafa crying, Rafa told them that Dennis hurt him. Belita, rushed to Dennis and hurt him badly. This caused Dennis's father Alex to become mad at Belita and charge her for hurting his son. When the news reached Jed and Angie, they decided to return to Manila.

Saklolo

Her new boyfriend is Douglas, a Filipino-American widower from Chicago, Illinois and the cousin of the Vice Mayor. While Jed, learned that his mother Charito, has a tumor in her breast. She underwent biopsy, and her tumor was benign, but Charito demanded more test. Angie then saw her brother Otap. She scolded her for running away, but Otap said that he couldn't take Douglas anymore, and he would often sleep in their house. She would confront her mother for letting Douglas sleep, but Belita said that she will do anything without the permission of her children. Angie also learned from Rommel that Belita is filing for annulment, so that she and Douglas can be married legally. During a family gathering, Belita announced that she and Douglas are getting married. Angie confronted her about her plan to marry Douglas. She asked Belita, was is the reason why she wanted to marry Douglas. Her answer is she wanted to be happy, but Angie said that she and her brothers are here for her. Reception

Philippine Senator Aquilino Pimentel, Jr. criticized the film, particularly the scene which smacks of an ethnic slur to non-Tagalog speaking Filipinos when the character of portrayed by Gloria Diaz exclaimed to her grandchild's nannies: "Bakit pinapalaki ninyong Bisaya ang apo ko?" (Why are you rearing my grandchild as a Visayan?) The senator, who hailed from Mindanao, demanded an apology from producer Star Cinema, claiming that it makes non-Tagalog speaking Filipinos "as if they are less Filipino than the Tagalog people".[2] Iligan City-based Call for Justice, Inc., referred to this dialog as "a typical Imperial Manila mentality".[3]
