Paolo Gallo is an Italian executive coach, author, and keynote speaker, known for his work in human resources, leadership development, and career coaching.[1][2][3]

Early life and education

Gallo earned a degree in Organizational Development from Bocconi University in Milan.[4] He is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD) in the United Kingdom and a certified transformational coach from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C.[5]

Career

In 1995, Gallo began his career at Citigroup, where he worked in Milan, London, and New York, gaining experience in finance and human resources.[6]

In 2003, he joined the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) as director of human resources in London, overseeing HR policies and organizational development.[7]

In 2010, he moved to the World Bank Group, where he served as chief learning officer in Washington, D.C. His work focused on leadership development, organizational learning, and employee engagement.[8]

In 2014, Gallo became the chief human resources officer at the World Economic Forum (WEF) in Geneva.[9] During his tenure, he was responsible for talent management, leadership programs, and organizational culture initiatives.[10]

Gallo has also been an associate professor at institutions such as Hult Ashridge Business School in the United Kingdom and Bocconi University in Italy, where he has taught courses on leadership, ethics, and organizational behavior.[11][5]
