Haft Khani (Persian: هفتخوانی; Romanized Haft Khānī) is a village in Zalaqi-ye Sharqi Rural District, Besharat District, Aligudarz County, Lorestan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 96, in 18 families.[1]
