ca:Pedrera romana del Mèdol. Els romans varen fer servir la pedra d'aquesta zona per als edificis de Tarraco. Al centre varen deixar un monolit sense utilitzar-ho, per a deixar constancia de l'estat original abans de treure la pedra. Roman quarry of the Medol. The Romans used the stone of this zone for the buildings of Tarraco. In the center they left a monolit without using it, to show how it was before taking out the stone.
