Baseball was contested at the 2006 Central American and Caribbean Games in Cartagena, Colombia. The tournament was played at the Estadio Once de Noviembre.[1]
Cuba won the gold medal in a 7–1 final victory against Dominican Republic.[2] The bronze medal game was suspended due to heavy rain; therefore, the losing semifinalists, Mexico and Venezuela, were awarded bronze.[3]
