Thank you for working to improve Wikipedia. Could you explain this edit? A page trying to link to itself (other than linking to a subsection of itself) just changes the text to bold. Surely linking to the disambiguation page is more useful? although now that i think about it, in context the disambiguation strikes me as neither necessary nor harmful.

I didn't notice that I was linking back to the same page - careless of me. Thanks for pointing it out. I've reverted the edit. I think that the only harm in linking to the DAB page is that the reader will think they're going some place useful only to be directed back to where they started.
