The Kodiak Daily Mirror is the daily newspaper of Kodiak, Alaska.[1]
History
The newspaper was established June 15, 1940.[2] Duane and Nancy Freeman sold the paper to the owners of the Fairbanks Daily News-Miner in 1998. at that time the paper had a circulation of 3,000[3] Asa Cole was then named publisher.[4]
In 2016 the Fairbanks Daily-News-Miner, and with it the Kodiak Daily Mirror, were purchased by the nonprofit Helen E. Snedden Foundation.[5]
