I can't find anything to suggest that this was a notable season worthy of a stand-alone article and Japanese Wikipedia is of little use here. If something notable did happen this season, I'm a strong believer that this would be better placed at Kataller Toyama and 2010 J.League Division 2, both of which could do with more prose content anyway.
