English: Acholi Inn Hotel is a 3 star Hotel located in Gulu City, Northern Uganda. The British Colonial government ordered the construction of the Acholi Inn in 1936, making it one of Uganda's oldest hotels. The Acholi Inn Hotel, which has 100 air-conditioned guest rooms, is regarded as the Jewel of Acholi Land and the pinnacle of Acholi Land's history and hospitality in Northern Uganda. With a 1000-seat auditorium and numerous break-away rooms, Acholi Inn Hotel Gulu houses the largest meetings and convention center in Northern Uganda. The Hotel is conveniently placed around 1 km from Gulu City's central business district, next to the Gulu Central Police Station, and next to the Gulu Referral Hospital, making it a perfect lodging option. |
