"affiliated to"

I've seen this description before of high schools, junior colleges, etc., referring to the school or college being "affiliated to" a university. What does that mean? Does it mean automatic admission? Does it mean ownership? I'm asking so that we can determine whether or not we can merge them, as an alternative to deleting them as Not Notable. Bearian (talk) 22:09, 14 February 2026 (UTC)[reply]

Sudden Increase in Bureaucrats Pages being created/expanded

I have seen a somewhat trend of new editors creating full BLP pages and expanding existing ones within 100 edits. There are multiple editors who have suddenly matched this pattern.
