Vavrečka (Hungarian: Vavrecska) is a village and municipality in Námestovo District in the Žilina Region of northern Slovakia.

History

In historical records the village was first mentioned in 1600.

Geography

The municipality lies at an altitude of 656 metres (2,152 ft)[3] and covers an area of 8.95 km2 (3.46 sq mi) (2024).[4]
