Would you be good enough to respect the date format of articles when editing? And especially not replace correct format with incorrect. Thank you in anticipation. MapReader (talk) 09:13, 5 December 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Please explain your edits

Can you please explain why you continue to insert <nowiki /> tags in your edits? This is very suspicious and continues to break code. If you do not or cannot explain this I will be forced to simply revert your bizarre editing. Zackmann (Talk to me/What I been doing) 05:25, 15 December 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Facepalm Facepalm So the egg is on me... I just actually looked at your edit and I now see why you had to do this. Please forgive me. The mistake was mine. Traditionally this is done a different way so as to avoid using the nowiki tags (which for the record, are often the sign of AI generated content or other vandalism). I am sorry. Zackmann (Talk to me/What I been doing) 05:28, 15 December 2025 (UTC)[reply]
No problem. Let me know if there is a correct way to use these tags. Thanks. SkywalkerEccleston (talk) 05:35, 15 December 2025 (UTC)[reply]
So I'm not even sure. There is a way that I like to do it, which is to use the html code for the brackets but this case the mistake was mine... Zackmann (Talk to me/What I been doing) 05:39, 15 December 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Star Wars

Hey there! I appreciate your recent contributions to the Star Wars page. I have one question though—what is the purpose of linking to the 1997 Special Edition trailer on YouTube? What information does it give the reader that is not in other sources? Thanks, and happy New Year! OrdinaryOtter (talk) 04:57, 1 January 2026 (UTC)[reply]

Apologies for the delay. I added it because the other citations do not include the full title of the campaign ("The Star Wars Trilogy: Special Edition"). It would be appreciated if another source could be found that includes this info. SkywalkerEccleston (talk) 04:30, 8 January 2026 (UTC)[reply]

Potential Doctor Who BLPs of interest

Hiya, me again! Just wanted to thank you again for taking on Fury from the Deep; for my part of the season 5 project I plan to do some research on Tomb relatively soon.

Given your interest in improving Tom and Colin Baker recently, I figured I would let you know that two Good Topics on the WP:WHO goals list (Ninth and Fifteenth Doctors) are only a few articles away from completion. Most of them are character articles, which I can hit up since I have some good familiarity with those, and Doctor Who series 15 (Which me and @TheDoctorWho are going to start work on soon). The two big gaps I am ill-equipped to handle are Christopher Eccleston and Ncuti Gatwa, since both are BLPs, which is a topic I'm less familiar with re-writing. Given your fantastic work on rewriting Tom and Colin Baker, would either of the above be of potential interest for a rewrite?

I understand I've already asked you to do Fury, so you have full rights to decline if you're either too busy or want to work on some more non-Who articles, but I figured I'd shoot the question out since either article's improvement would greatly help with the completion of those Good Topics. Since I've asked a lot of you as well, if there's ever anything I can do to make your editing experience easier, whether it be research, copyediting, review swaps, etc, let me know. I'd be happy to assist at any time :). Hope all is well and thanks again on several of your above articles! Magneton Considerer: Pokelego999 (Talk) (Contribs) 04:36, 26 January 2026 (UTC)[reply]

@Pokelego999 Quick note that I am (slowly) working on 15. I did expand the ratings section a few weeks ago, and plan to hopefully start on casting in the next few weeks. TheDoctorWho (talk) 05:43, 26 January 2026 (UTC)[reply]
@TheDoctorWho Ah, that's good to hear! I plan to start hitting up the production and reception sections tomorrow, so expect to see some more from me on that. Magneton Considerer: Pokelego999 (Talk) (Contribs) 06:09, 26 January 2026 (UTC)[reply]
@Pokelego999 No problem. I can take the Christopher Eccleston and Ncuti Gatwa articles to work on. Gatwa's article doesn't have much work to do so should be easy. SkywalkerEccleston (talk) 06:58, 26 January 2026 (UTC)[reply]
I have updated Gatwa's article to GAN SkywalkerEccleston (talk) 09:53, 26 January 2026 (UTC)[reply]
@SkywalkerEccleston Damn you work fast, fantastic work.
I've gone through and subbed out a few unreliables that slipped through the cracks, but there were a few I couldn't track (Namely his parents' names and the info that he has two siblings, which are currently cited to unreliable source Find My Past). Also, the first footnote about his name's pronunciation cites several unreliable sources, though I am admittedly unable to go and edit that since I have no idea how to edit the footnote myself (Me being technologically illiterate strikes again). Wanted to let you know about these before the review so that way these sources were addressed beforehand. Magneton Considerer: Pokelego999 (Talk) (Contribs) 21:44, 26 January 2026 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks, no problem. SkywalkerEccleston (talk) 23:39, 26 January 2026 (UTC)[reply]
