But as I mentioned in User talk:Prince of Erebor#Draft:Suri Lin (actress), you should aim to include more content beyond a brief filmography and an accolades table. This will help demonstrate the notability of these actors and filmmakers. While Shao's Golden Rooster award and Ma's Golden Horse award certainly pass WP:ANYBIO, the guideline explicitly states that these presumable notability does not automatically guarantee a standalone article (meaning, for example, the subject could be redirected to another article).

To establish individual notability more convincingly, I recommend you to take a look at WP:GNG. Try to add a biography section for each subject, supported by at least two independent secondary sources (like news articles) that provide significant coverage specifically about the individual. For reference, you might look at Yoyo Tse, another Golden Horse Best New Performer winner, to see how a short biography can be structured and what types of sources can be used (like the Hong Kong Economic Times article (source 1) and the PTS Plus interview (source 2)). Hi PurpleDahlia, sorry for the late reply. I have reviewed all three articles and their quality has greatly improved! I have moved Draft:Ma Shih-Yuan into the main space. Just a few reminders regarding citations and formatting: 1. Remember that every sentence in the main body of an article must be sourced, see WP:INLINE. Even if a source supports multiple sentences in different paragraphs, you should still use the reference name tag function (which I noticed you used in the awards tables) to cite the same source again. 2. Film titles should always be italicized. 3. There is no need to add a space after a full stop before references or between references. Aside from these minor details, you have done excellent work! Regarding the article, as I mentioned previously, you need to include sources that provide significant coverage of the actors' lives and write a full biography. Having only one source and a brief sentence will not suffice for the AfC review. Also, unlike previous actor articles that met WP:NACTOR and WP:ANYBIO criteria through "significant roles in multiple notable films, notable television shows, stage performances, or other notable productions" and "received a well-known and significant award or honor", I checked the three magnum opuses by Liu Jun mentioned in the lead (Kangxi Dynasty, The Story of Minglan, and The Bond (TV series)). None appear to credit him in a main role, nor has he received any notable awards. If you look in the WP:WAF editing history, you'll see that some edits were revdelled, most recently one by the account "Decent Direction". I think it would be beneficial to the community if that were unrevdelled so that its content could be considered. Six months later, little has gotten done, so I don't think an adequate cleanup will happen any other way. I realize that you probably don't have the power to unrevdel something yourself, but maybe you could request it.

As far as what ultimately led to this, I am quite certain that the Bates method is not 100% ineffective at improving eyesight, broadly speaking. It may be 95% ineffective; I'm not quite sure. What is known for sure is that pseudomyopia actually exists, and is related to stress. But with no valid source explicitly connecting this to the Bates method, this apparently can't overrule sources which seemingly state that the Bates method is 100% ineffective. Hence my frustration.
