Hello. Your recent edit to Coopers' Company and Coborn School appears to have added a non-notable entity to a list that normally includes only notable entries. In general, a person, organization or product added to a list should have a pre-existing article before being added to most lists. If you wish to create such an article, please first confirm that the subject qualifies for a separate, stand-alone article according to Wikipedia's notability guideline. Thank you. Coopers' Company and Coborn School
You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Coopers' Company and Coborn School. This means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be although other editors disagree. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.
Points to note:
- Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made;
- Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

- What seems to be the problem. I was only on there a year ago. I’ve looked up links to other people that went to coopers like me. The only links there are to them are through wiki. That’s the only reference. I hope it isn’t discriminatory actions you are doing. My daughter just go into coopers and it was on before and I didn’t put it there. What sort of muppet would pretend they’ve been to a certain school. Alexandersibley (talk) 22:39, 7 March 2025 (UTC)
- It says about a conflict of interest. How can I have a conflict of interest with myself? All I’m doing is putting the name down of the school I went to people might have hated me but I like to think of myself as a famous ex pupil which I was I don’t understand why my contribution can’t be put on considering someone wants to do it without my knowledge and it stayed up for so long Alexandersibley (talk) 22:40, 7 March 2025 (UTC)
- Hi. For people to be listed as notable former students, there needs to be an article about them. There also needs to be a reference given to a reliable source to show that they attended that school. Your name was listed without an article about you and without a reference to demonstrate your attendance. This is why I and another editor removed your name from the list. Conflict of interest is a Wikipedia policy which means that you should not add information about yourself to Wikipedia. You mention that your name has been in the article for a long time. Unfortunately there is often information in Wikipedia articles that is not in line with policies, as in this case, and it is not always removed immediately. Standards on Wikipedia have changed over time, too. I hope that helps you to understand. You are always welcome to ask at the teahouse if you would like other editors' views.
