Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited List of wars of independence, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Kurdish. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

List of Wars of Independence
Please provide a reason for why you are removing Silla as well as the subsequent aftermath to the Baekje-Tang War from List of Wars of Independence. It is clearly well documented that Baekje was supported by Yamato Japan and was defeated by the Tang-Silla Alliance Sunnyediting99 (talk) 17:37, 29 November 2024 (UTC)
- 1) It was more complicated than that, given that Taizong of Tang had originally promised that lands below the Taedong river to Silla during the conflict, and that Silla used that as a casus bellus to destroy the occupation within a few years.
- 2) This is a fair argument, though again given that it was overthrown a few years after its establishment, it might necessate that additional point.
- Also why did you delete your response? I had initially asked the question out of good faith. Sunnyediting99 (talk) 18:04, 29 November 2024 (UTC)

Proposal to add new item to the article
I was thinking that the Battle of Lalakaon be considered a liberation war, since it involved the Orthodox Byzantine Empire annexing the Muslim Emirate of Melitene and later the Paulician Principality of Tephrike. Epitome of Creativity (talk) 03:35, 3 September 2025 (UTC)
- I think this is inappropriate, as the two states joined this war not for opposing Byzantine rule or sovereignty over them. Besides, the Emirate leader had come to power 30 years before the war and was a vassal of the Abbasid Empire. This suggests that the Byzantine emperor annexed the Emirate in response to their depredations, not because he felt the Emirate was challenging his sovereignty over territories he later annexed. Many thanks for discussion with me. 特磨 (talk) 04:22, 3 September 2025 (UTC)

Natchez Revolt
Hi, I reverted your change in the piped link for "Company of the Indies". The French Indies Company, which you redirected the link to, was founded in 1723, after the Natchez Revolt. The Company of the Indies mentioned in the article is John Law's Company, formally Compagnie des Indes at the time it was dissolved but popularly known as the Mississippi Company.17:53, 25 September 2025 (UTC)
- Thank you for your suggestion. However, the article of Natchez Revolt states that the rebellion took place in 1729, which is later than 1723. But there may be something I am not clear about. 特磨 (talk) 17:58, 25 September 2025 (UTC)
- You are correct; I'll revert myself. I think I flipped 1723 to 1732 in my head. The whole transition of company control in Louisiana at the time was pretty convoluted, so I'll add that to a reason for my mistake.—Carter (Tcr25) (talk) 18:08, 25 September 2025 (UTC)
- Thanks! I'm also studying world history by reading and editing Wikipedia. 特磨 (talk) 18:14, 25 September 2025 (UTC)

A small request
@特磨:: Hello, could you please create the page Seljuk Sultanate of Iraq with just a redirect to Great Seljuk Empire, basically please write this code - #REDIRECT Great Seljuk Empire
- From a merge: This is a redirect from a page that was merged into another page. This redirect was kept in order to preserve the edit history of this page after its content was merged into the content of the target page. Please do not remove the tag that generates this text (unless the need to recreate content on this page has been demonstrated) or delete this page.
- For redirects with substantive page histories that did not result from page merges use {{R with history}} instead.
.
I just want to cite Seljuk Sultanate of Iraq in one of my edits, but temporary accounts can not create a page, and I just don't want to create an ordinary account and wait to do such a small thing. If you create Seljuk Sultanate of Iraq with a redirect, my small edit would look much nicer instead of jsut being red. Basically, the redirect would be justified too since Seljuk Sultanate of Iraq was basically part of or at some points even equivalent of Great Seljuk Empire. Please help with this edit, your help would be very appriciated. ~2025-36098-21 (talk) 15:10, 24 November 2025 (UTC)
- Actually, you can edit like this: Seljuk Sultanate of Iraq. 特磨 (talk) 15:28, 24 November 2025 (UTC)
