So it was this edit that for some reason was never reverted or investigated, creating a "stable" version that was taken as gospel truth by reverters. I'm not sure anyone who reverted back to "Jerome" in that flurry of edits yesterday; it was never verified in the first place, certainly not in the Pittsburgh Media Guide that was apparently taken as a warrant for the name. @Drmies, I am finally glad that this is taken care of. I remember a tweet from years prior to the video where he said Jerome was not his middle name.
