Response to Proposal for Deletion
This page was edited for style as a result of a proposal for its deletion.
It was also proposed for deletion based on notability; however, it is consistent with most firms on Wikipedia's List of venture capital firms relative to notability.
Citations/references on their way. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Srnelson (talk • contribs) 16:13, 28 July 2008 (UTC)

Edit Request
Hi, request edits here. I tried to post these edits myself earlier as they seemed uncontroversial but a senior editor reverted them so I must have misunderstood here. Here are the suggestions, please feel free to tweak them as you see fit:
Add this to the bio section (after the first paragraph):
Notable exits include HashiCorp, Lyft, Poshmark, and Solar City.[1][2][3][4]
In the History section, can we add this please:
In 2023 the firm raised $955 million across two venture capital funds: $580 million Mayfield XVII, which will back seed and Series A companies, and $375 million Mayfield Select III.[5]
In the same History section, can we add this please:
The firm is headquartered on Sand Hill Road in Menlo Park, California.[6]
