The source actually says:

Han kan ikke inkluderes i de bevegelsene, kvotene og sikre rommene som er reservert for kvinner. Det er konkrete årsaker til at vi har måttet etablere slikt. Så jeg er i så måte «TERF» (Trans Exclutionary Radical Feminist). Dette begrepet brukes som påskudd til å utøve vold og fremsette trusler mot kvinner som ikke aksepterer at menn er kvinner. Hva fremmer Sælen Hafstad og Rødseth Tokheim ved å bruke dette begrepet? Menn blir ikke utsatt for trusler eller vold, det er oss kvinner de er ute etter.

The relevant part is (in English) something like :

So in that sense I am/I am in that respect a "TERF" (Trans Exclusionary Radical Feminist). This term is used as a pretext to use violence and make threats/to commit violence and issue threats against women who do not accept that men are women.

This is very different to being a "self-described TERF" - this is saying that she is called a term which she goes on to decry as ma pretext for violence and threats.
