• There are several uncited claims; I marked some of them with "citation needed"
• "as minister of culture.[2][3][4][9][10][11][12]" has too many references for its size. I would cap it at four references or less
• As Minister, Hoffmann was considered one of the "liberals" in government Couldn't find this claim in the inline source
• numerous artists I don't think the source mentions how many artist had been expatriated
