Most of this article is good, but there are a few sections that need citations near the end. In particular, the "Records held" section has been tagged since March 2017. Steelkamp (talk) 09:17, 6 February 2023 (UTC)

Need to add Shohei Othani to this list on the Barry Bonds page! Also change the number to 6 players, not 5.
“He is also one of only five baseball players all-time to be in the 40–40 club (1996), which means he hit 40 home runs (42) and stole 40 bases (40) in the same season; the other members are José Canseco, Alex Rodriguez, Alfonso Soriano, and Ronald Acuña Jr.[237]

Under the section "Post-playing career", please add "Since Bonds' last season in 2007, the Giants have started a different left fielder on every Opening Day, tying the Major League record for the longest streak by any team at any position since at least 1900.[1][2][3]".
Please add this after the sentence that reads "On December 9, however, Borris told the San Francisco Chronicle that Bonds had played his last major league game." and before the sentence that reads "Bonds announced on April 11, 2010, that he was proud of McGwire for admitting his use of steroids." 136.44.1.1 (talk) 16:46, 27 March 2025 (UTC)
Not done: It's an interesting stat but it's still fairly trivial and tangentially related to Bonds, and not really needed where you suggest. DrOrinScrivello (talk) 12:55, 20 May 2025 (UTC)

Record edits post-Negro League stat addition
MLB added Negro League statistics to the official record books about a year ago. That altered several record holders including (as was just brought to my attention), Bonds' single-season slugging records. I've updated those, but it's probably worth a more detailed glance to see if there are others. Staxringold talkcontribs 14:12, 25 April 2025 (UTC)

in “Legacy” tab for Barry Bonds, a verse by the rapper Riff Raff should be added as he directly mentioned Barry Bonds in said verse. Verse in question “ I done rock more ice than Michelle Kwan (Michelle Kwan) Hah, shit, look who it is, the white Barry Bonds (Barry) A heavyweight, weight You a featherweight (A featherweight)” is [1]from the song “Dr Pepper” by CL, Diplo, Riff Raff, and OG Maco. Not done: Song lyrics should not be directly added to articles, as they may constitute a copyright violation, per WP:LYRICS. If there is a secondary source that goes into detail about this song in the context of Bonds (which will also help to establish notability), then such a source may be able to be used instead.
