Neocortex Robotics, Inc., formerly Universal Robotics, Inc. and Universal Logic, Inc., is an Phycial Artificial Intelligence software company headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee.[1][2]
The company was founded in 2021 by brothers, David and Alan Peters.[3][4] In 2025, the company automated its 20th warehouse.[5]
Leadership
Neocortex is led by Joe Mohen, and David Peters, COO,[7] Nick Buchta, President, and Goutham Mallapragada, CTO.
