
The Hashmallim (Hebrew: חַשְׁמַלִּים Ḥašmallīm; sing. Hashmal, חַשְׁמַל Ḥašmal; rendered amber by the Authorized Version)[1] are angelic entities in Judaism.[2]
The word hashmal appears in the Hebrew Bible in Ezekiel 1:4-5:
