Apparently an abbreviation for dog vomit slime mold, but that isn't something that is commonly abbreviated to DVSM. It was linked from J. S. Steward (I've just removed the link there) where it apparently stands for Diploma in Veterinary State Medicine. There are other things with this abbreviation or sequence of letters could represent: a Swedish record label, DVSM records; an Australian charity, Domestic Violence Service Management, but I'm not sure that any of them are notable. Could be a disambiguation page if anything is notable, but I think the redirect should probably be deleted. Plantdrew (talk) 21:16, 18 March 2025 (UTC)

Delete as not explained at destination. While I found the in-joke viewing page history then searching, others may find this WP:RASTONISHing. - (Creator) meh. Maybe it'll get used in the future, maybe it won't. That said, I don't find the WP:RASTONISH argument very convincing, since a silly title like WP:PADEMELONS could point anywhere. Cremastra (talk) 13:32, 23 February 2025 (UTC)

Ambitious, at least the August 2017 solar eclipse was also a total solar eclipse over America A1Cafel (talk) 09:37, 18 March 2025 (UTC)
- Delete. This exact phrase is used almost equally about the 2017 and 2024 eclipses, and looking deeper many of the hits are actually for things like "a great American total solar eclipse" or "the great American total solar eclipse of 2024" indicating that there is no single agreed upon eclipse that was the great one. - Sambucha → Shoenice#Biography (talk · links · history · stats) [ Closure: //delete ]
This currently redirects to a section at Shoenice#Biography; however, I believe it is unsuitable for that target. Sambucha is an independent Youtube channel with 9mln subscribers, and is more than just Shoenice, where he only has a trivial mention: "In 2024, Shoenice gained further recognition for his comedic talents through a personalized video message created for YouTuber Sambucha on the Cameo platform." However, after looking online for sources, I don't believe Sambucha has WP:SIGCOV, and most of the sources at Draft:Sambucha are also pretty unreliable (9 of the 13 sources were Social media - Reddit, Youtube, Instagram - and the rest were inaccessible to me). Therefore, I propose to delete this redirect. Plant🌱man (talk) 09:10, 18 March 2025 (UTC)

He is a producer of multiple films and has links incoming from multiple articles. Redirecting this to his daughter's article, which does not provide additional information, is not optimal. - I looked at some of the sources listed in his movies. Now, to be clear I didn't look through all of them, but from what I could see, they only had at most a passing mention of him; some didn't even mention him at all. This seems to be a clear WP:BFDI. Plant🌱man (talk) 08:14, 18 March 2025 (UTC)

- @User:Caeciliusinhorto It's not actually that uncommon in Russian to write a title or other proper noun in Latin script and then familiar words in Cyrillic, so this may parse as [Weird Foreign Title]: Toronto. - No opinion. I see a lack of internal and external "research". Relighting is linked from 3 pages for just that meaning; one was a REDLINK from 2013 until 2021. (See Pages that link to "Relighting".) Relighting could refer to RE-computer graphics lighting or some kind of RE-illumination. Relighting could be RE-ignition, but that's hardly a big topic. Engine relight redirects to [Flameout#Engine restart]. Relighting could be REPEAT fire lighting (fire making) after it goes out. How about Rocket engine restart (a redirect to [Rocket engine]). Relight My Fire (album)? RE-[lit]? Why nominate it for discussion? If relighting has other notable meanings, just be bold and make it a disambiguation page! -A876 (talk) 20:01, 7 March 2025 (UTC)

- Keep Seems reasonable to me. * Pppery * it has begun... 03:50, 18 March 2025 (UTC)
- Keep as a redirect that is still relevant to the target. Perhaps refine to #Production where it discusses the "project" side of things more. Plant🌱man (talk) 05:38, 18 March 2025 (UTC)
- Keep old redirect, unambiguous. No need to break links just because this would be a slightly weird usage now. Weekly oppose retargetting, but no strong feelings either way. Rusalkii (talk) 20:01, 18 March 2025 (UTC)

Not a needed redirect. RanDom 404 (talk) 00:18, 18 March 2025 (UTC)
- Keep redirects from user subpages are very nearly always completely harmless and should not be deleted without either evidence there is something actively harmful that only deletion can fix or a request from the user concerned. Additionally, "not needed" is never a reason on it's own to delete a redirect. Thryduulf (talk) 00:33, 18 March 2025 (UTC)
