Generally, the infobox should include the B-sides of the formats released in the artist's country of origin, as per what Template:Infobox song#B-side says. So for "Bills, Bills, Bills", all the US B-sides are in the infobox (excluding the "Bills, Bills, Bills" remixes, since they're basically the same song), and there are only three of them, so excessive information is not an issue.
