Not done: it's not clear what changes you want to be made. Please mention the specific changes in a "change X to Y" format and provide a reliable source if appropriate. Are you perhaps talking about the hatnote "Template:Confused" redirects here. Not to be confused with 'Template:Confused?'.

What template should be used for things that are often confused, but not because the title is similar?
Is this one applicable?
