I think there needs to be a bit at the start and/or in the title that acknowledges the US centric view of the article. I don't think this article knows if cultural competence was used in Slovak medicine in the 18th century and it needs some modesty to allow for that possibility. OK? - Yes, well the ultimate goal for this article is to make it less US-centric, but I definitely agree with what you're saying. I'll look into editing something about its bias in the intro for now. Thanks, static shakedown ʕ •ᴥ•ʔ 12:37, 15 August 2014 (UTC)
