The tradition of changing one's (legal) name upon marriage doesn't exist in France, but it's common to use the husband's name socially and/or informally. It's also common to hyphenate the two surnames, but again it's not a legal name change. 90.184.243.14 (talk) 19:11, 4 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Beltrame had the name on her WTA-profile changed to Séverine Brémond when she got married, and after the divorce she modified it to Séverine Brémond-Beltrame. Later on she dropped Brémond and reverted to Séverine Beltrame.
