Classic Vinyl is a Sirius XM Satellite Radio channel focusing on classic rock music mostly from the late-1960s to the mid-1970s.[clarification needed] It broadcasts on Sirius channel 26[1] (previously 14), XM channel 26[2] (previously 46), and Dish Network channel 6026.

As a result of the Sirius-XM merger, this channel merged with Top Tracks on November 12, 2008. Although the Classic Vinyl name was carried over, the on-air format is largely that of Top Tracks, with the DJs from Classic Vinyl making on-air appearances.

Hosts

  • Earle Bailey

Weekdays 6 am - 12 pm ET

Weekends 9 am - 12 pm ET

From on-air host to producer and news director, Earle Bailey's radio career took him from Bridgeport, CT to Philadelphia, where he produced and hosted Rock 'n' Roll Roots. The show featured artists and songs banished from "classic rock" formats.

  • Nancy Alden

Alternate Weekdays 12 pm - 6 pm ET

Nancy Alden has spent her entire radio career in Northeast Ohio from Akron to Cleveland. She is thrilled to share her 30 year knowledge of Classic Vinyl from the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame studios. She is a dedicated animal advocate and volunteer at area pet shelters.

  • Rachel Steele

Alternate Weekdays 12 pm - 6 pm ET

Rachel has been a Rock Radio staple in Cleveland for many years. She's a Cleveland native and can't think of a better place to work than the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

Weekdays 6 pm - 12 am ET

A bona-fide radio legend and one of a handful of DJs celebrated in the Rock and Roll Hall Of Fame and Museum, "Megless" actually went to school to be a veterinarian, but after getting a gig at a college radio station, she was hooked.

  • Dusty Street

Weekends 12 pm - 6 pm ET

After years DJing in typical radio studios, Dusty is still getting used to her current location in Cleveland. "I'm 'working' at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. It's one thing to be in a radio studio full of cool posters… but I've got five floors of rock history to look at each day!"

Weekends 6 pm - 12 am ET

Dennis Elsas helped to shape the sound of the FM progressive revolution of the '70s. Over the course of his career, he's interviewed John Lennon, Elton John, Pete Townshend and many others. A true record collector, he's proud to say he still has all of his original "classic vinyl!"
