That's an interesting idea...would you envision the committee of being made up entirely of administrators, or of a mixture between admins and non-admins? Looie, perhaps you can help this person [1] refocus her efforts. It seems awful to stand by while her energy is so completely wasted, yet I don't know how to explain how wrong this all is without being completely discouraging, largely because I have little idea what should be in this article -- I just know that what she's doing isn't it.
