Thomas Sørensen (born June 12 1976 in Odense) is a Danish football goalkeeper, who currently plays for Aston Villa in the English Premiership, after previously being at Sunderland, Vejle Boldklub, Odense Boldklub and Svendborg F.B.

Sørensen is also the starting goalkeeper for the Danish national team, the successor to Peter Schmeichel, whom he backed up at Template:Ec2. He has no major honours to his name, but did start for his country at the 2002 World Cup and Template:Ec2.
