Ann Lloyd Keen (born 26 November 1948, Wales as Ann Lloyd Fox) is a Labour Member of Parliament in the United Kingdom. She represents Brentford and Isleworth, and was first elected at the 1997 general election, defeating Nirj Deva. She is married to Alan Keen MP and her sister, Sylvia Heal MP, also sits in the House of Commons.

Prior to 2007, Keen was Parliamentary Private Secretary to the then Chancellor of the Exchequer, The Rt. Hon. Gordon Brown MP. On 29 June 2007 in Brown's first reshuffle as Prime Minister she was promoted to become a Parliamentary Under Secretary of State in the Department of Health. Her brief includes NHS dentistry, where, in common with previous ministers with this department, she is already showing a complete lack of understanding of the subject and a complete disregard for the profession.[citation needed]

She worked in the NHS before training as a Nurse, and won prizes as Nurse of the Year and Children's Nurse of the Year. She first stood for Parliament in 1987 and tried three times before being elected in 1997. Her local Health Authority expressed concern about her interest in Politics.

She says she is proud about how Labour has invested in Health Services, and accepts the problems are there, and that dialogue with clinicians should be a part of planning the future. But has failed to listen at all to the concenrs of the Dental Profession about failings within the new NHS Contracts.
