:I've pulled the {{tlx|rfc}} tag here, primarily because there is zero indication that [[WP:RFCBEFORE]] has been satisfied. Also, I don't see why a normal talk page discussion could not resolve the issue, if indeed there ''is'' any issue here - I've deen smaller drafts, and plenty that were larger - or much larger.
