Per the Wikipedia guideline MOS:QUOTETITLE / MOS:MINORWORK, use quotation marks for titles of articles and other minor works, and italics for titles of books and other major works. Stop incorrectly changing quotation marks to italics in List of important publications in philosophy; the titles that use quotation marks are minor works, so the quotation marks are correct.
