No apparent notability for this bishop of what appears to be a breakaway of a breakaway church of an Eastern Orthodox autocephalous church. I'm not seeing a WP:GNG pass; Melton and Walker have only trivial mentions of Ryzy-Ryski. Lewis has a few paragraphs but we need multiple instances of independent WP:SIGCOV. A search brings up only more trivial mentions, non-independent sources and unreliable/primary sources like Ancestry. I'm not sure where the reliable source for Ryzy-Ryski's birth date is (it's not cited in the article); the only source I found online for it is a mimeographed WP:SPS independent Catholic newsletter. And while I'm generally sympathetic to keeping articles on WP:BISHOPS, that essay applies to bishops of major denominations
, and it's always debatable whether small splinter groups from those major traditions qualify in the absence of enough GNG-qualifying coverage. (Happy to withdraw this if more SIGCOV is found.) Dclemens1971 (talk) 01:58, 10 March 2025 (UTC)

- Keep I think? I'm relying on Google Translate, but this seems to be reliable and independent, and contains at least 10 pages about his life. The Google Translated citation is Slesarev, Alexander Valerievich. "Church schisms in the Belarusian emigration: religious activities of Metropolitan Peter (Zhuravetsky) and Patriarch Vladislav (Ryzhy-Rysky)." Works of the Minsk Theological Academy 14 (2017): 293-314. I think that combined with the other sources that have a few paragraphs about him it's probably enough to pass WP:GNG. It seems like this book probably also has a fair bit about him from what I could find, but I don't have any way of checking how significant it is. Otherwise a redirect to American World Patriarchates would be a reasonable ATD until someone who speaks Belarusian can track down better sources (there are so many different versions of his name that I'm certain there are plenty I'm missing).
