What's wrong with my page Dannymank (talk) 00:24, 13 February 2025 (UTC)
- You can view the page tag for the issues I found and resolve them there. The biggest issues is that nothing is cited. You can remove tags once they are resolved.
- Thank you

Hi Thorn6130,
This newly-created page did not appear close to ready for mainspace, so I sent it to Draft:Phosphocellulose. At first, I thought it was just an AI mess. Look at the sentences carefully. Many are substantial value judgements without specific citations. The only two cites are at the end of the whole paragraph, so there is poor verifiability about any of these strong claims (or the neutral facts either). These two problems are common in new editors' pages. The "lots of refs, all at end of paragraph" is something that editors should be educated to fix. They went to the trouble to find and list the refs, they just need to do it better in order to help meet the WP:TSI guideline. But it's especially important for new editors or non-neutral statements, because it's sometimes the only way to make sure the content meets the WP:V policy. For this article, many of the opinions do not appear supported by either ref, and some of the fact-sentences are even close-paraphrase (at best). In mainspace, it was almost bad enough to SPEEDY as a combination of and G12 and G11. DMacks (talk) 15:34, 15 February 2025 (UTC)
- Sorry if this preceding comment sounds harsh, did not mean it that way...I was frustrated by the many poor edits that editor I and others have had to clean up. DMacks (talk) 15:37, 15 February 2025 (UTC)
- No worries, appreciate you guys cleaning everything up. I wasn't paying close attention.

Palpal bulb
Please look at this version of Palpal bulb. The parts I wrote are absolutely not copied. I created the main diagram. File:Araneae palpal bulb diagram en.png is one I drew. Everything I wrote is sourced. The French example is quite different, relating to quite different diagrams. The second example I cannot access. There may have been copyright information added after my work; if so, go back to an earlier version. I do not plagiarize! Peter coxhead (talk) 17:43, 15 February 2025 (UTC)
- I understand the concern, it was marked as plagarism by CopyPatrol. You can see what it told me at this link[1]. Take a look and let me know how we can resolve.

- There may have been copyright information added after my work
- I think this is the issue, I looked at the version you linked and there is no infringement there.
- OK for me to restore that version? I'm using WikiBlame to figure out which editor added the plagiarized part.
- Thanks! Peace, G4† (talk, ask questions, dispute a tagging) 17:52, 15 February 2025 (UTC)
- Looks like it was an IP-user. [2] Peace, G4† (talk, ask questions, dispute a tagging) 17:56, 15 February 2025 (UTC)
Jim Costa
Hi Thorn, My edits to the Jim Costa article are completely fine. Could you provide a working link for the Turnitin result. The link you provided does not work. https://wikimedia.turnitin.com/viewer/submissions/oid:3117:430482066?locale=en
Also, can you show me where I can access the Wikimedia Turnitin tool. I would like to help check articles for copyright issues. --Guest2625 (talk) 22:34, 15 February 2025 (UTC)
- Hello. CopyPatrol is what I use, it provides a direct link to the Turnitin tool for each flagged article. This is the report I received: https://copypatrol.wmcloud.org/en?id=d3c6874b-631a-4907-81b2-8206e56bdbb7.
- Since you say it is fine, I mark it as no action needed.
- Thanks!

Christian Prayer moved to draftspace
Thanks for your contributions to Christian Prayer. Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing at this time because it needs more sources to establish notability and the only semi-relevant source (the second source doesn't mention the subject at all) is a link to the item in a bookstore - neither WP:NBOOK nor WP:GNG are met. I have converted your article to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.
Please see more information at Help:Unreviewed new page. When the article is ready for publication, please click on the "Submit for review" button at the top of the page OR move the page back. SunloungerFrog (talk) 23:10, 17 February 2025 (UTC)

Hello. Thanks for removing the copyrighted material. But please don't forget to add the revision deletion tag, since it is important for an admin to remove the content entirely. I've added the tag now. CycloneYoris talk! 19:11, 27 February 2025 (UTC)

I have sent you a note about a page you started
Hi Thorn6130. Thank you for your work on Christian Prayer. Another editor, SunloungerFrog, has reviewed it as part of new pages patrol and left the following comment:
The article needs some reliable, independent sources with significant coverage, otherwise the subject is not notable per WP:NBOOK

Hello. I wanted to let you know that your recent edit(s) to the Life of Pi (film) plot summary have been removed because they added a significant amount of unnecessary detail. Please avoid excessive detail and high word counts when editing plot summaries/synopses. You may read the plot summary edit guides to learn more about contributing constructively to plot summaries/synopses. There are also specific guidelines for films, musicals, television episodes, anime/manga, novels and non-fiction books. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. DonIago (talk) 19:28, 28 March 2025 (UTC)
- All of my edits meet WP:PLCUT, as they provide key details necessary for a reader's understanding of the plot Peace, Thorn6130✝ (talk, ask questions, dispute) 00:03, 4 April 2025 (UTC)
- Your edit exceeded the 700 word maximum guideline for plot summaries detailed at WP:FILMPLOT, and the details you added aren't a substantial improvement to the article. Find ways to add the edits you'd like to see without exceeding 700 words, or ask at the Talk page whether editors feel an exception to the guideline is merited in this case. Hello, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. A page you created or have recently made significant changes to, Christian Prayer, may not conform to some of Wikipedia's guidelines for pages, so it has been blanked and redirected. Three typical reasons for this are that: (1) the article's subject appears to fail our notability guidelines; (2) the article is unsourced; or (3) the sources used in the article are unreliable. The page's history is preserved and it is possible to restore the article: If you believe that this page should remain included on Wikipedia or that this action was taken in error, then you may revert the edit that blanked and redirected the page.
Wikipedia:Your first article has more information about creating articles, and you may also want to read our introduction page to learn more about contributing. Thank you. SunloungerFrog (talk) 06:56, 7 April 2025 (UTC)

The article Priestless Catholic parishes has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
Simply not enough coverage of this specific topic, apart from Priest shortage in the Catholic Church.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. — Moriwen (talk) 04:16, 28 April 2025 (UTC)
