Tarnov is a village and municipality in Bardejov District in the Prešov Region of north-east Slovakia.

In historical records the village was first mentioned in 1355

The municipality lies at an altitude of 323 metres (1,060 ft)^[3] and covers an area of 5.83 km² (2.25 sq mi) (2024).^[4]

It has a population of 415 people (31 December 2024).^[6]

In year 2021 was 404 people by ethnicity 388 as Slovak, 16 as Rusyn, 11 as Not found out, 2 as Ukrainian, 1 as Russian, 1 as Other and 1 as English.
